Is a card required for the 14-day free trial?

Yes — at signup, your card details are stored in Iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant vault with 3D Secure (and never reach Raavio). No charge is made during the trial; monthly auto-billing starts automatically at the end of the trial. You must download the Service Agreement from your RMM customer panel during the trial, sign it wet-ink, and upload it back; until uploaded, the agreement-upload notice in your panel remains visible, but this does not block the start of the subscription or billing.
Any pricing surprises later?

No. The $2.99/agent price is fixed for the duration of your contract. If a price change applies at renewal, you receive at least 30 days' notice by email.
Which modules are included?

Every module is included: central device management, browser-based remote desktop, real-time monitoring, ticketing, inventory, patch compliance, automation, Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace integrations, website monitoring, white-label branding, Public API, and mobile app. No separate module purchases.
How are volume discounts applied?

Automatically. From 100 agents and up, the discount is applied on the invoice; you don't need to request it. For 1000+ endpoints, contact us for custom pricing and SLA terms.
What currency do you bill in?

Billing is in USD. Payments are taken via Iyzico with 3D Secure; corporate e-archive invoices are issued with VAT included. Provide your tax details on the checkout screen for corporate invoicing.
Is there a contract term?

No. We run on a monthly subscription model. You can cancel any time; service ends at the end of the cancelled month.
