Raavio Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Raavio") uses cookies on raavio.com.tr to operate the site and improve your experience. This policy explains the cookies we use, which third-party services may set cookies, and how to manage them.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your browser by the website you visit. Cookies are used for session management, remembering preferences, and analytics. This policy also covers similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB).
Types of cookies we use
1. Strictly necessary (no consent required)
Required for core site functionality and cannot be disabled.
- raavio_lang — Stores your TR/EN language preference. localStorage, no expiration.
- raavio_consent — Records your cookie preference so the banner doesn't reappear. localStorage, no expiration.
- Form anti-CSRF token — Protects contact and signup forms from cross-site request forgery. Cleared when the tab closes.
2. Analytics cookies (consent based)
Currently not active. At launch, Raavio does not use any analytics or tracking service (no Google Analytics, Hotjar, Plausible, etc.). If we add one in the future, this page will be updated and the service will not load before your consent.
3. Marketing / targeting cookies
Not used. Raavio does not use ad networks, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.
Third-party services
Some pages rely on third-party infrastructure during the flow. These services have their own cookie policies.
- Iyzico (iyzipay.com) — Active only on the checkout flow when you are redirected to the 3D Secure payment page. Iyzico places its own cookies for payment security, fraud prevention, and session management. Once you return to Raavio after payment, those cookies remain on Iyzico's domain and are not accessible to us. See Iyzico's Cookie Policy.
- Google Workspace SMTP (Google LLC, USA) — Raavio's corporate email infrastructure used only for system-level mails: account verification, password reset, contract / subscription approval notifications, billing notifications. Customer-side RMM report emails (weekly / monthly reports, monitoring alerts, ticket notifications) are sent through the customer's own SMTP, not through our Google Workspace. It does not place cookies on the website. See our Privacy Policy for cross-border transfer details.
Typefaces (Fraunces, Geist, Geist Mono) are served as static files from the Raavio server — no calls are made to Google Fonts or any external CDN.
Managing cookies
Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can change this:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site (login, checkout flow).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time, especially when adding a new third-party service (analytics, error tracking, etc.). The current version is always published on this page with a "last updated" date at the top.
