Delivery
Raavio is a digital service, not a physical product. Once the subscription fee is paid and confirmed, your account is activated within 24 hours. The setup link and onboarding guide are sent by email.
No physical address is required for delivery; the billing address is collected for VAT and KVKK compliance.
Free trial
For 14 days, you can access all modules with up to 2,000 agents. At signup, card details are stored in Iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant vault with 3D Secure; no charge is made during the trial; monthly auto-billing begins automatically at the end of the trial. You must download the Service Agreement from the RMM customer panel during the trial, sign it wet-ink, and upload it back; until uploaded, the agreement-upload notice in your RMM customer panel remains visible, but this does not block the start of the subscription or billing. You may upload the agreement at a later date.
Returns and right of withdrawal
The Distance Sales Agreement is formed by electronic acceptance at signup, and the Buyer thereby undertakes to upload the Service Agreement wet-ink signed from the RMM panel. The trial period is non-billable; monthly performance and billing begin at the end of the trial.
Once monthly performance has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Articles 15/1-h and 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation issued under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (services begun with the consumer's consent and digital services performed instantly online). You may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, and no fee accrues for the next billing period. No pro-rated refund is made for the period in which the service has been used.
Cancellation process
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer panel under Settings → Invoices → Cancel Subscription. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation; during this period, you can reactivate the subscription and access your data. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Responsibilities
- The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of billing information.
- Payments are processed with 3D Secure; card details are not stored by Raavio.
- The Seller takes care to maintain service continuity, except in cases of technical force majeure (power or internet outages).
