2. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the Raavio RMM platform subscription, purchased electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's raavio.com.tr website, and the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service details
- Service name: Raavio RMM platform subscription
- Price: $2.99 per agent per month (volume discounts may apply). Charges are denominated in USD; the Buyer's card-issuing bank converts the amount to TRY at its own daily exchange rate on the day of charge. The invoice shows the TRY equivalent based on the bank's applied rate.
- Trial: 14 days free. At signup, card details are stored in Iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant vault with 3D Secure; no charge is made during the trial. Monthly auto-billing via Iyzico begins automatically at the end of the trial. The Buyer undertakes by this Agreement to download the Service Agreement from the RMM customer panel during the trial and upload it back wet-ink signed to the Seller. Until the Service Agreement is uploaded, the agreement-upload notice remains visible in the RMM customer panel; this does not block the start of the subscription or monthly billing. The Buyer may upload the agreement at a later date.
- Invoicing: Monthly auto-billing via Iyzico, VAT included
- Term: Monthly subscription (renews monthly; cancellable at any time)
4. Delivery
Following the Buyer's electronic acceptance of this Distance Sales Agreement and storage of card details with 3D Secure on the Iyzico infrastructure, RMM panel credentials are emailed to the Buyer and the 14-day trial begins. Actual performance of the subscription starts at the end of the trial with the first charge, after the Service Agreement has been uploaded during the trial and approved by the Seller. The service is digital; no physical delivery is made.
5. Right of withdrawal
This Distance Sales Agreement is formed by the Buyer's electronic acceptance (consent checkbox) during checkout. By this acceptance, the Buyer is also deemed to have undertaken to download the Service Agreement from the RMM customer panel and upload it back wet-ink signed to the Seller. Uploading and approval of the Service Agreement is an additional formal obligation and does not affect the start of the subscription or billing.
The 14-day trial period is non-billable. At the end of the trial, monthly auto-billing via Iyzico and monthly performance begin automatically. Until the Service Agreement is uploaded, the agreement-upload notice remains visible in the RMM customer panel; the Buyer may upload the agreement at a later date.
Once monthly performance has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under Articles 15/1-h and 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation issued under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (services begun with the consumer's consent and digital services performed instantly online). The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from the RMM customer panel or by written request to [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, and no fee accrues for the next billing period. No pro-rated refund is made for the period in which the service has been used.
6. General provisions
- The Buyer has reviewed the essential characteristics and price of the service before entering this Agreement.
- Payment is processed via Iyzico with 3D Secure. Card details are not stored by Raavio.
- The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time via the customer panel or the email address above.
- If a material change to the service is made, the Buyer is notified at least 30 days in advance.
7. Competent court and Consumer Arbitration Committee
For disputes arising from this Agreement, under Article 68 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, the Provincial / District Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction occurred has jurisdiction; for disputes above those limits, the Consumer Court (or the Civil Court of First Instance where there is no Consumer Court) is competent.
Monetary limits for Consumer Arbitration Committees are published annually by the Ministry of Trade in the Official Gazette in December.
8. Effectiveness
Upon completion of the purchase electronically by the Buyer, the Buyer is deemed to have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
