These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Raavio RMM platform and the raavio.com.tr website ("Service") provided by Raavio Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Raavio"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account creation
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this Agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Subscription and payment
We operate on a monthly subscription model. Pricing is per agent (endpoint). The first 14 days are a free trial. At signup, your card details are stored in Iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant vault with 3D Secure, but no charge is made during the trial. Monthly auto-billing via Iyzico begins automatically at the end of the trial and the subscription renews monthly. You must download the Service Agreement from the RMM customer panel during the trial, sign it wet-ink, and upload it back; until uploaded, the agreement-upload notice remains visible in your RMM customer panel, but this does not block the start of the subscription or billing. You may upload the agreement at a later date. You may cancel an active subscription at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for the following:
- Any unlawful purpose
- Unauthorized access to third-party devices or data
- Automated scanning or attacks that harm Service infrastructure
- Infringement of Raavio's brand or intellectual property rights
- Distribution of spam, malware, or deceptive content
4. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". Raavio does not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for indirect damages caused by Service interruptions or data loss. Liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid in the past 12 months. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. Raavio may suspend or terminate your account, with prior notice, in case of breach of this Agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The source code, design, logos, and trademarks of the Service belong to Raavio. The data and content you upload to the Service belong to you; we process it only as needed to provide the Service.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the courts and execution offices of Istanbul. For consumer transactions, mandatory consumer-protection venue rules (Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts) apply.
