Under Articles 7 and 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to request the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data processed about you on the Raavio platform.
What data can be deleted?
- Account information — name, email, phone, address
- Devices, companies, and tickets stored in the customer panel
- Personal data shared in support correspondence
- Usage analytics (anonymized records may also be removed)
Invoices and financial documents are retained for 10 years as required by Turkish Tax Procedure Law; however, personally identifying details may be removed from these records.
How to request
- From the email address registered on your account, send a written deletion request to [email protected].
- To verify your identity, we send a confirmation code by email.
- Once you reply with the confirmation code, your request is processed; under KVKK, it is concluded within 30 days at the latest.
Deletion requests are accepted only by email. To protect your data, requests through other channels are not accepted.
Partial deletion
Instead of closing the entire account, you may request the deletion of specific data (e.g., a closed support ticket, a removed device record). State clearly in the request which data should be deleted; only the specified data is deleted, and the account remains active.
Data export
Before deletion, you may request a copy of all your data in JSON + CSV format. State this in your email request so the export can be sent before processing begins.
Outcome notification
When the deletion is complete, we notify you by email. The list of deleted data and the legal basis for retained data (legal obligation, legitimate interest, etc.) are clearly stated.
